At Hartland Foot & Ankle, we are proud to participate with a vast number of insurance providers throughout the area. But as frequently as plans change, it is difficult to maintain “up-to-the-minute” information on your specific benefits. If you are unsure of your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier prior to your appointment. This will inform you if we are in network with your plan, and of any plan deductibles or office co-pays.

Also, if you have a health plan which requires a referral from your family physician (such as BlueCare Network), please have this in place prior to your appointment.
